Every lead researched, qualified and followed up. Nothing lost in the inbox.

Sales & Marketing Intelligence builds the systems around your pipeline: research, lead qualification, account intelligence, outreach preparation, CRM enrichment, follow-ups, and content and research workflows that improve from the team’s feedback.

Most first builds start here, because the baseline is easy to measure: leads answered, records complete, follow-ups sent.

In one sentence

Sales & Marketing Intelligence is a set of embedded AI systems built by Theodoros Ampas around a company’s pipeline: research and qualification of incoming leads, account intelligence, outreach preparation, CRM enrichment and follow-up, with drafts waiting for human approval before anything reaches a customer.

The pipeline does not leak at the top. It leaks between the steps.

A lead arrives by form, ad or email. Someone is supposed to notice, research the company, decide whether it is worth a reply, write one, log it, and follow up in three days. Each of those steps depends on one person having a quiet hour.

When that person is busy, the lead waits. When they are on holiday, it is lost. The CRM shows a contact with no notes and no next action, which is the same as no lead at all.

The fix is not more people. It is a system that does the research, drafts the reply, prepares the CRM record and queues the follow-up, then waits for a person to say yes.

What the system does.

Before the first reply

Company and contact research, fit scoring against your ICP, account intelligence pulled from public sources and your own history, all attached to the CRM record.

Around the conversation

Outreach and reply drafts in your voice, follow-up sequences prepared and timed, meeting prep briefs, and write-back of what was agreed.

Behind the marketing

Content and research workflows that start from real conversations, and feedback loops that improve the drafts from what the team edits and sends.

From one lead to a running loop.

  1. Week 1

    Baseline

How many leads arrive, how long until first reply, how many records are complete, how many follow-ups actually go out. Numbers the team agrees are true.

  2. Weeks 2 to 4

    Build the loop

Research, qualification and drafting wired into the CRM and inbox. Human approval on every outbound message. Write-back of accepted updates.

  3. Weeks 5 to 6

    Run and tune

The team uses it on real leads. Edits become feedback. Qualification rules and drafts are tuned from what was actually sent.

  4. After

    Measure and hand over

Same numbers as week one, measured again. Documentation, owners and monitoring in place. Transfer to the team.

Nothing reaches a customer without a person.

  • Every outbound message is a draft until someone approves it. Autonomy is earned per step, not granted up front.
  • Research uses public sources and your own records. No purchased data is injected without your say.
  • CRM write-back only for updates a person accepted, with the original kept.
  • Voice and claims are constrained to what your team has approved.

What you leave with.

  • Every incoming lead researched, scored and answered within the time you set.
  • CRM records that are complete without anyone re-keying data.
  • Follow-ups that go out on schedule, with a person in the loop.
  • A measured before-and-after on reply time, record completeness and follow-up rate.

This is for you if

  • Leads arrive faster than one person can research and answer them properly.
  • Your CRM is full of contacts with no notes and no next action.
  • Follow-ups depend on someone remembering, and they are being forgotten.

Questions founders ask

Which CRM do you work with?

Any CRM with an API, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho. The system is built against your instance and your fields.

Does the AI send emails on its own?

Not by default. Messages are drafted and queued for approval. A step can be given autonomy later, once the team has seen enough approved examples to trust it.

How do you measure whether it worked?

Against the baseline recorded in week one: time to first reply, share of complete records, follow-up rate, and whatever pipeline number the team chose.

Can it work in Greek?

Yes. Research, qualification and drafting work in Greek, English and Spanish, and drafts follow the language of the incoming conversation.
